EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard the following cases.

Elizabeth Perez De Tagle, 36, of Mars waived charges of DUI and careless driving. Charges were filed April 22 by Adams Township Police.

Zachary Jude Magiske, 27, of Valencia was held for court on charges of strangulation, assault and harassment. Charges were filed March 22 by Adams Township Police.

John Paul Clark, 41, of Hubbard, Ohio, waived charges of DUI, too slow for conditions and obedience to traffic control devices. Charges were filed March 30 by Zelienople Police.

Gabrielle Alexander Marshall, 28, of Pittsburgh waived charges of DUI and careless driving. Charges were filed April 25 by Lancaster Township Police.

Clinton Andrew Jenny, 27, of Rochester, Pa., waived charges of DUI, careless driving and disregarding a traffic lane. Charges were filed April 30 by Jackson Township Police.

Laken Mary Kearns, 29, of Renfrew waived charges of DUI, failure to keep right, careless driving and disregarding a traffic lane. Charges were filed March 19 by State Police.
