SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Tonnya Bosch, 35, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed Dec. 4 by Penn Township police. Bosch was ordered to pay $611.72 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Jason M. Giza, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Dec. 13 by state police.

Todd Graham, 29, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failing to use turn signals and an open container violation, filed Sept. 4 by Buffalo Township police.

Martin Hubenthal, 33, of Harrisville waived to court charges of reckless endangerment, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 22 by Penn Township police.

Robert M. Merten, 28, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of attempted theft and defiant trespass, filed Dec. 10 by Middlesex Township police.

Paula J. Petroff, 46, of Petrolia waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief, filed Nov. 5 by Middlesex Township police.

Richard Harold Shaw, 50, of Cabot waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Jan. 13 by state police.

Jodi Shirey, 37, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed Nov. 24 by Penn Township police. Shirey was ordered to pay $774.50 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Twila Snyder, 56, of Sarver pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed Jan. 8 by Buffalo Township police. Snyder was ordered to pay $1,680.50 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Bruce E. Tyson, 50, of Valencia waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 21 by state police.
