Joseph A. Frole
Joseph A. Frole, 65, of 110 N. Seventh Ave. died Wednesday evening at Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born in Butler, Sept. 22, 1939, he was the son of the late Joseph L. and Esther M. Mendicino Frole.
He was a Navy veteran and retired as a steelworker at Armco-Butler Works after 35 years. He was an avid photographer and CD collector.
Mr. Frole was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church. He also belonged to the Sons of Italy.
Surviving two daughters, Mrs. Grant (Dana) Guenzel of Gaithersburg, Md., and Mrs. John (Rona) Grence of Zelienople; a brother, Gordon P. Frole of Butler; two sisters, Mona L. and Nancy J. Frole, both of Arlington, Va.; and three grandchildren.
FROLE - Friends of Joseph A. Frole, who died Wednesday, March 2, 2005, will be received from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Saturday at MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 429 Center Ave. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Michael Roman Catholic Church, Center Avenue, with the Rev. James Dolan officiating. Burial will be at St. Michael Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.
