The doctor of former Butler County Commissioner Dale Pinkerton testified he suffered physical ailments due to stress caused by alleged defamation caused by former Commissioner Jim Eckstein.

Pinkerton is one of three plaintiffs suing Eckstein for defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress and being placed in a false light.

Dr. Michael Wahl of Butler said Pinkerton suffered from multiple issues, including shingles. Attorney Timothy Wojton argued Pinkerton already had other health issues that could lead to his subsequent ones.
