ADAMS TWP — One of the two tenants of a house that was the scene of a homicide early this morning has been located.

State police at 1 p.m. issued an alert to other police to watch for a green or teal Ford Focus registered to Jeremy Hughes.

At 3:10 p.m., state police said that Hughes, 18, had been found, but not his car.

A man was found dead on the steps outside an apartment at 141 Downieville Road just after 3 a.m. today. A neighbor reported hearing gunshots about 3:17 a.m.

The landlord of the apartment said that Hughes and Dan Oliverio moved into the apartment in October.
