EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Karoline Elinore-Lou Moore, 30, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 12 by Jackson Township police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Christopher Ryan Martinkovich, 21, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 7 by Jackson Township police with disorderly conduct and driving with a suspended license.

Nicholas Ryan Stevick, 19, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 31 by Adams Township police with simple assault, harassment, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Daniel Paul Simmons, Jr., 70, of Grove City waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 9 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Scot Craig Pittman, 28, of Wexford had his case held to court. He was charged Dec. 7 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Matthew Ryan Kundrod, 23, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 22 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Cassandra Bryant Altimus, 40, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 7 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Craig Ron Aiken, 40, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 22 by Lancaster Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Michael Lewis Frederick, 44, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 16 by the state police with terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment.

James Frank Cunningham, 27, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 10 by Zelienople police with theft from a motor vehicle and criminal mischief.

Kristopher Bruce Johns, 23, of Chicora waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 28 by Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Harvey R. Albert, 33, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 14 by Jackson Township police with arson.

Robert Lance Rausch, 32, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 28 by Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without headlights on.

Adam Charles Beck, 20, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 30 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, purchasing alcohol by a minor, driving without a license and careless driving.

Shawn Matthew Smith, 30, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 15 by the state police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Mark Aaron Musser, 31, of Renfrew waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 24 by the state police with simple assault and harassment.

Sean Michael Freese, 21, of Wexford waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 21 by the state police with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and operating a vehicle without valid inspection.

Richard Levern Wright, 46, of Baden waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 27 by Jackson Township police with simple assault and harassment.

Joann Knauff, 39, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 7 by Zelienople police with burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, access device fraud and identity theft.

Micah E. Zeigler, 27, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 14 by county detectives with manufacture with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance.
