SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge William O’Donnell recently heard the following cases:

Brandon Louis Owens, 23, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended or revoked license. Charges were filed on Sept. 2 by Slippery Rock Borough Police.

Ontreal Durrall Bumpers, 29, of Erie pleaded guilty to use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed on Aug. 2 by state police.

Brianna Fay Hannon, 22, of DuBois waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a combination of drugs and alcohol, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving. Charges were filed Aug. 6 by Slippery Rock University police.

Robert G. Weismantle, 42, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and a registration and certificate of title violation. Charges were filed on Aug. 5 by state police.

Ethan Jajuan Shomo, 19, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Oct. 1 by SRU police.

Devin Richard Thorpe, 31, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, registration and certificate of title violations, driving a vehicle without insurance, driving with a suspended or revoked driving privilege, and no headlights. Charges were filed Aug. 20 by SRU police.

Joshua Anthony Williams, 26, of New Castle pleaded guilty to charges of use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed on Oct. 14, 2017, by state police.
