5:25 p.m. Wednesday — Wet roads caused a three-car accident on South Duffy Road at its intersection with New Castle Road.Craig Stewart, 43, and Thomas Lesniewski, 46, both of Butler, were stopped in traffic at the intersection.Tara Maziarz, 23, also of Butler, was unable to stop in time due to wet roads and struck the back of Stewart's vehicle, pushing it into Lesniewski's car.Stewart's son, 13, had minor injuries in the crash.Maziarz was cited for driving too fast for conditions.

5:30 a.m. Thursday — Jeffery A. Lewis, 30, of Butler hit a deer along Middlesex Township on Route 228.12:49 a.m. Thursday — Dakota L. Kushner, 20, of East Brady crashed his car on Chicora Road in Fairview Township.Kushner lost control of his car on a curve, causing him to hit an embankment, flipping the car onto its driver's side.Kushner was not wearing a seat belt but was not injured.He was cited with driving at an unsafe speed.10:50 p.m. Wednesday — Someone broke into TJ's Hideaway on Spithaler School Road in Forward Township and stole a large quantity of alcohol.9:35 p.m. Oct. 20 — Philip E. Benson, 43, was arrested for a suspected DUI after being stopped for a vehicle code violation on Cunningham Street at Second Avenue in Butler.Charges are pending blood test results.

11:55 p.m. Wednesday — Three people allegedly broke into the Fossil store at the Grove City Premium Outlets and stole a number of watches.The suspects were seen being dropped off at the curb near Bose Factory Store on the east side of the mall and headed toward the Fossil store. A short time later they were seen running east and getting into the same car.It was later discovered they had entered the store and stole the watches in the store's display case.The value of the stolen watches is undetermined.
