Phase I — Renovation of the swimming pool and construction of a mountain bike trail system for $1.1 million

Phase II — Improvements to the playground and development of a loop road trail for $329,500

Phase III — Development of the East Penn trail and the Carousel Shelter parking for $490,500

Phase IV — Pine Shelter improvements for $316,500

Phase V — Development of lower park walkways and restrooms for $341,000

Phase VI — Improvements to the upper court area and parking lot expansion for nearly $1.5 million

Phase VII — Park entrance and creation of a park lodge/office for $1.3 million

Phase VIII — Creation of an environmental education center for $511,500.
