BUTLER TWP - District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Robert J. Gourley, 38, of Lyndora was held for court on three counts of robbery and one count each of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, terroristic threats, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and simple assault, filed April 6 by Butler Township police.

James T. Matuke III, 20, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed March 17 by Butler Township police. Matuke was sentenced to pay $397.74 in fines, court costs and restitution.

Dean B. McEwen, 35, of New Castle waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving on roads laned for traffic, filed April 20 by state police.

Joseph A. Rock, 24, of East Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, exceeding maximum speed limits, driving without valid inspection and driving under suspension, filed March 17 by Butler Township police.

Eric R. Smith, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on roads laned for traffic, turning requiring signals and general lighting requirements, filed March 20 by state police.

Braden J. Yartz, 51, of Lyndora waived to court charges of driving under the influence and turning requiring signals, filed March 23 by Butler Township police.

Chad A. Zinkhann, 32, of Butler waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed March 23 by Butler Township police.
