Armagost leads way for Warriors

Tyler Armagost recorded a triple-double with 18 points, 13 rebounds and 13 assists to lead the Moniteau boys basketball team to a 56-35 win over Clarion Thursday night.

Armagost was 12-of-18 from the line.

The Warriors' defense was largely credited with the win over Clarion, as Matt Buczkowski, Josh Loos and AaronRandall bottled up the Bobcats' big men Scott Larson (6-foot-5) and Theron Miles (6-4), holding the duo to only three points between them.

Buczkowski scored 13 points and had 10 rebounds for Moniteau (5-9, 4-5).
