Mark Nathan Zavacky
Mark Nathan Zavacky, 22, of Pittsburgh died Tuesday in Broward County, Fla. He was formerly of Lyndora.
He was born June 21, 1983, in Butler, the son of Karen R. Watterman Zavacky and the late Mark G. Zavacky.
Mr. Zavacky was a high school graduate and had attended Butler Senior High School.
He was veteran of the Army Reserves.
Mr. Zavacky worked as a flight attendant for Chautauqua Airlines. He had worked in the airline industry for the past four years.
He was a member of St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church in Lyndora.
He is survived by his mother, Karen R. Zavacky of Lyndora; his stepfather, James R. Borland of Lyndora; two brothers, Colin J. and Caleb S. Borland of Lyndora; his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Barbara Watterson of Butler; his paternal grandparents, Walter and Evelyn Mullis of Omaha, Ga., and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
ZAVACKY - Friends of Mark Nathan Zavacky, who died Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2005, will be received at the GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME INC.201 E. Cunningham St. from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Dennis Bogda, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow at the Rose Hill Cemetery.
