Seneca senior a Merit finalist
Daniel Spear, a Seneca Valley Senior High School senior, has been named a finalist in the 67th annual National Merit Scholarship program.
Daniel is one of about 15,000 finalists and will advance to the next level of the program, where he could earn a 2022 National Merit Scholarship.
About 1.5 million juniors in more than 21,000 high schools entered this year’s National Merit Scholarship program by taking the 2020 preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship qualifying test.
