SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Tyson J. Bargerstock, 25, of Worthington, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of burglary, theft and receiving stolen property, filed July 3 by state police.

Justin Bastian, 24, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 22 by Saxonburg police. Bastian was ordered to pay $315.50 in fines and court costs.

James D. Boris, 23, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 22 by Saxonburg police. Boris was ordered to pay $315.50 in fines and court costs.

Isaac C. Hollenberger, 20, of Cabot waived to court charges of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, underage drinking, hit-and-run, a lane violation, careless driving, reckless driving and disregarding traffic lanes,

Brett Houston, 24, of Ford City waived to court charges of DUI, filed Jan. 8 by Penn Township police.

Mark J. Kocon Jr., 23, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed, driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving, reckless driving and not using turn signals filed Dec. 18 by state police.

Sherry L. Kutzmas, 38, of Butler waived to court two counts of DUI and charges of driving with suspended registration and without insurance, filed Jan. 12 by Penn Township police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Stephanie R. Baker, 43, of Memphis, Tenn., waived to court three counts of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft, two counts of theft by deception, conspiracy to commit theft by deception, two counts of access device fraud, conspiracy to commit access device fraud, two counts of theft, conspiracy to commit theft and conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 18 by township police.Tashema S. Johnson, 30, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 10 by the Butler County Drug Task Force. Johnson was ordered to pay $814.50 in fines and court costs.Amy L. Mavrodis, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of fraudulent acquisition of a controlled substance, identity theft and possession of a controlled, filed Jan. 25 by township police.Rebecca J. Somple, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to two counts of possessing a controlled substance and a charges of public drunkenness, filed Jan. 13 by township police. Somple was ordered to pay $764.50 in fines and court costs.

Bergbigler, 55, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving without insurance, failing to carry vehicle registration information and driving without headlights on, filed Jan. 12.Joseph Tiche, 24, of Hilliards was held for court on charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Dec. 8.Jason Wade, 26, of Emlenton, Venango County, waived to court charges of DUI, reckless driving, driving an unregistered vehicle, improperly parking on two highways and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed April 1.
