BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by township police:
Devon J. Baptiste, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, filed May 14.
Bryan L. Connor, 24, of Callery was held for court on a charge of retail theft, filed May 7.
Sally M. Dillaman, 26, of Butler was held for court on charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed April 30.
Ricki Lee Double, 27, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 21. Double was ordered to pay $419 in fines and court costs.
Monday L. Fennell, 33, of Lyndora waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and possessing a small amount of marijuana, filed April 30.
Trevor D. Green, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct, filed Dec. 20. Green was ordered to pay $762 in fines and court costs.
Emily A. Greer, 19, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of retail theft and disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 6. Greer was ordered to pay $462.50 in fines and court costs.
Jeremy S. Grove, 35, of Lyndora waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed April 30.
David J. Pfennigwerth, 25, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed May 27. Pfennigwerth was ordered to pay $339 in fines and court costs.
Stephanie A. Williams, 30, of East Liverpool, Ohio, was held for court on charges of fraudulently acquiring a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and receiving stolen property, filed March 21.
SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases filed by township police:Jeremiah A. Atwell, 22, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary, and two counts each of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 17 by Butler County detectives.In a separate case filed Feb. 27 by county detectives, Atwell waived charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and possessing marijuana.Charles W. Burgess Jr., 19, of Emlenton waived to court a charge of theft, filed March 7 by state police.Douglas E. Kennedy, 43, of Harrisville waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed April 15 by state police.John S. Gutauskas, 50, of Slippery Rock waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property, filed April 16 by state police.Nathan G. Sommers, 31, of Harrisville waived to court charges of resisting arrest, defiant trespass and public drunkenness, filed Feb. 20 by state police.Grant E. Young, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and speeding, filed Feb. 21 by Harrisville police.

Butler was ordered to pay $669 in fines and court costs.Cheryl M. Jakupovic, 43, of Karns City waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed March 26.Ronald M. Jones, 31, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, fleeing or attempting to elude police, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and reckless driving, filed April 16.Daniel L. Stitt, 53, of Chicora waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed April 17.Clecy E. Thompson, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of resisting arrest, fleeing or attempting to elude police, trespass, speeding, driving with a suspended license and careless driving, filed April 29.
