11:50 a.m. Saturday — Terri Houston of 209 E. Pearl St. reported the theft of four tires valued at $600 from her back porch.

3:50 a.m. Monday — Kris Wade, 31, of Mingo Junction, Ohio, drove her truck into a utility pole on Franklin and Highland streets in Slippery Rock. Wade and an unidentified female passenger were taken to Grove City Medical Center with chest and face injuries. Their condition is not known. Wade will be cited for driving too fast for conditions.11:45 p.m. Sunday — Marc Douglas Mook, 34, of Saxonburg and Keri K. Mook, 25, of Renfrew were both arrested for harassment following a domestic fight on Ekastown Road in Clinton Township.4 p.m. Sunday — Dennis Clayton Spithaler of Jamisonville Road, Center Township, reported someone entered his house between Sept. 10 and Sunday and removed several guns.1 p.m. Sunday — Jason Andserson of Slippery Rock, Tiffany Berry of Karns City and Joseph Gibson of Parker reported someone cut locks on storage units at the Stow and Go in Venango Township on Route 38 and took items from storage.2:10 a.m. Sunday — George Krencik, 35, of 30 Almound Round, Ellsworth, was arrested for driving under the influence on Route 8 in Brady Township.1:10 a.m. Sunday — Steven R. Crawford, 46, of East Butler was arrested for driving under the influence after he stopped too short at the intersection of Route 422 and Route 68 to trip the stop light sensor. A police officer told Crawford over his car's public address system to pull forward, but the driver failed to do so. He was arrested and charged with DUI and other offenses.7:50 p.m. Saturday — Frank Agostino, 74, of Slippery Rock was not hurt when he pulled his car in front of one driven by Timothy Drennen, 58, of Slippery Rock on West Water Street in Slippery Rock. Drennen was not injured.1:40 a.m. Saturday — Matthew Abate, 22, of Valencia and his passenger, Erin Abplanalp, 18, of Grove City, hit a deer while riding a motorcycle on Route 8 in Center Township. Both were wearing helmets. Abate suffered a minor injury.8:30 p.m. Aug. 25 — A 15-year-old boy was the victim of an assault at Summit Academy in Herman.
