BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by Butler Township police:

Michelle Ball, 25, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of theft by deception, theft by unlawful talking, receiving stolen property and three counts of retail theft, filed May 9.

Matthew D. Buczkowski, 19, of Boyers was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, careless driving and driving with an obstructed windshield, filed April 14.

Ralph W. Cranmer, 47, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, a passing violation and a lane violation, filed April 7.

Eric Thomas Deal, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed April 14.

Larry G. Evans, 47, of Butler waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed April 28.

Ryan J. Macomber, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed March 24. Macomber was ordered to pay $446.50 in fines and court costs.

Gerald L. McWilliams Jr., 26, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed May 27.

James J. O'Donnell, 60, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, and illegal turn, filed May 5.

Madalyn P. Somple, 19, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of theft, filed April 28. Somple was ordered to pay $196.50 in fines and court costs.

Christopher L. Spears, 51, of Butler waived to court two counts of retail theft in separate cases filed April 25 and May 20.

Jeremy O. Watterson, 25, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed May 1. Watterson was ordered to pay $346.50 in fines and court costs.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Bradley Scott Cramer, 19, of Butler waived to court a charge of theft, filed April 18.Crystal Buckley, 22, of Slippery waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property, filed June 3.Nicolai Mennor, 30, of Fenelton pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed April 23. Mennor was ordered to pay $446 in fines and court costs.Dennis P. Ryan, 22, of Fenelton waived to court a charge of theft, criminal mischief, possessing instruments of crime and receiving stolen property, filed June 3.Debora Kay Twyman, 56, of Saxonburg waived to court two counts each of robbery, theft and receiving stolen property, and speeding, filed June 5.Jason J. Yearick, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, and driving with unsafe equipment and an improper muffler, filed April 17.Michael Paul Zimmell, 43, of Karns City waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, a turning violation and careless driving, filed May 15.

WORTH TWP — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge Lawrence Silvis:Travis Ryan Pratt, 21, of Grove City was held for court on charges of theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property filed May 28 by Grove City Police. Bond was set at $25,000.Lynn Donald Johnson, 51, of Buffalo, N.Y., was held for court on charges of use and possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence filed May 24 by state police. Bond was set at $2,000.Charles Frank Chappel of Conneaut Lake was held for court on two counts of driving under the influence filed May 13 by state police. Bond was set at $1,000.Terry Joseph Claypoole, 26, of Slippery Rock was held for court on two counts of driving under the influence filed May 6 by Grove City Police. Bond was set at $1,000.Paul Michael Broskey, 25, of Slippery Rock was held for court on two counts of driving under the influence filed April 26 by state police. Bond was set at $1,000.Jeffrey Scott Elmore, 19, of Grove City pleaded guilty to use or possession of drug paraphernalia filed April 28 by Grove City Police. Elmore is now on one year of probation.

SLIPPERY ROCK —The following cases were recently heard by District Judge Clifford Woessner:Christopher Lee Legas, 32, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of manufacturing, sale and delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia filed June 3 by state police.Daniel Robert Keith Hilliard, 19, of Butler waived to court two counts of driving under the influence, one count of a small amount of marijuana and one count of possession or use of drug paraphernalia filed May 8 by state police.Isaac D. Morrison, 20, of Slippery Rock waived to court two counts of driving under the influence, one count of a small amount of marijuana and one count of use or possession of drug paraphernalia filed April 30 by state police.Terry Andrew Dudash, 53, of New Castle waived to court three counts of driving under the influence filed April 21 by state police.Brenda Lee Reed, 43, of Oil City waived to court two counts of driving under the influence charges filed April 21 by state police.Ryan Christophe Baker, 22, of Portersville waived to court two counts of driving under the influence filed April 16 by state police.Charles William Evans, Jr., 49, of New Castle waived to court two counts of driving under the influence filed Dec. 2, 2007, by state police.
