EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:
Kassi Jo Streckelsen, 25, of Ellwood City waived her case to court. She was charged April 11 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and a suspended vehicle registration.
Joseph Eugene John, 18, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged March 10 by the Jackson Township police with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without headlights.
John Halter, 41, of Bakerstown waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 2 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license.
Jonathan Craig Garrett, 19, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged March 22 by the state police with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.
David Shawn Troup Sr., 39, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 7 by the state police with theft by deception and false impersonation.
Scott Lyle Gross, 47, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged April 1 by Mars police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Jason Matthew Graham, 34, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged April 16 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
Marc Paul Himmelwright, 21, of Harmony had his case held to court. He was charged April 18 by the Lancaster Township police with receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy and theft by unlawful taking.
Jamie C. Wright, 32, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 3 by the Jackson Township police with possession of drug paraphernalia and presenting false identification.
Michael Shane Coleman, 34, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged April 17 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Bryce Eric Bryant, 21, of Evans City had his case held for court. He was charged March 13 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
