SAXONBURG - District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

William Alexander Boyle, 24, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to pay $329.50 in fines and court costs. The plea followed charges filed July 25 by Middlesex Township police.

Amy Lambert, 30, of Valencia waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property, conspiracy and trespass, filed July 11 by Middlesex Township police.

Robert McCall, 37, of Valencia waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property, conspiracy and criminal mischief, filed in two complaints Feb. 2 and July 11 by Middlesex Township police.

John Napora, 48, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failure to stay in his lane of traffic, following too close to another vehicle and making an illegal turn, filed July 28 by Middlesex Township police.

Jennifer Newcamp, 23, of Mars waived to court charges of driving under the influence and speeding, filed June 9 by Middlesex Township police.

James Seibert, 28, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy, filed July 5 by Middlesex Township police.

Corey Shoup, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, reckless driving and failure to immediately notify police of an accident, filed Aug. 10 by Penn Township police.

John Sobkiewicz, 48, of Saxonburg was held for court on charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment, filed Sept. 1 by state police.

Harold Witzel, 48, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of felons not to possess firearms, filed June 30 by state police.

EVANS CITY - District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:John D. Guido III, 35, of Sewickley, Allegheny County, had his case held to court. He was charged Aug. 17 by the Adams Township police with two counts of writing bad checks.Andrew Scott Daugherty, 18, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 15 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor, purchasing alcohol by a minor, driving without a license, driving at safe speeds, reckless driving, minor prohibited operating a vehicle with alcohol, two counts of unlawful operation, operation on streets and highways, unlawful operation of an ATV/snowmobile and operating without snowmobile/ATV liability insurance.Robert H. Drexler III, 37, of Renfrew waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 1 by Lancaster Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, two counts of careless driving, two counts of reckless driving, scatting debris upon land/stream, illegal operation of vehicle without an interlock device and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.Harvey R. Albert, 29, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 31 by the Jackson Township police with arson and criminal mischief.

CRANBERRY TWP - District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Steven Matthew McDonald, 23, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 9 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to stop at a red signal and driving with a suspended license.Richard Allen Howard, Jr., 25, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, waived his two separate cases to court. He was charged May 24 by Cranberry Township police with retail theft. He was also charged Sept. 7 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to receive stolen property.April Gruver, 36, of Greenville, Mercer County, waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 8 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Jonie Dolan, 33, no known address, waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 7 by the Cranberry Township police with access device fraud, conspiracy to receive stolen property, possession of marijuana, forgery and identity theft.Donald E. Cleckley, 43, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 7 by the Cranberry Township police with manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics and resisting arrest.Karen Ann Greb, 29, of Sewickley, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 15 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, careless driving and disregard of traffic lane.Jason E. Allen, 28, of Prospect waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 10 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license.Scott Clark Hogan, 41, of Ambridge, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 6 by the Cranberry Township police with indecent exposure, open lewdness, stalking and disorderly conduct.Maria Caren Rozzi, 41, of New Castle, Lawrence County, waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 10 by the Cranberry Township police with simple assault and harassment.John Sebastian Donofrio, 40, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged July 19 by the Cranberry Township police with writing bad checks.Christina A. Horner, 62, of Wexford, Allegheny County, had her case held to court. She was charged May 2 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft and recklessly endangering another person.Carrie A. Jadlowiec, 25, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 7 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to receive stolen property.Sherri Lynn Selfridge, 38, of Butler had her case held to court. She was charged Aug. 8 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and speeding.

SLIPPERY ROCK - District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:Mary Ann Edinger, 42, of Boyers had her case waived to court Tuesday. Slippery Rock Police charged Edinger Friday with conspiracy forgery, seven counts of access device fraud, seven counts of identification theft, seven counts of forger, seven counts of theft by unlawful taking, seven counts of receiving stolen property, intentional possession of a controlled substance and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.Noah Matthew Clark, 22, Pittsburgh, had his case waived to court Tuesday. State police charged Clark Aug. 15 with driving under the influence general impairment, driving under the influence with a high rate of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane, driving at safe speed and operating vehicle without valid inspection.David A. Law, 47, of Clarks Mills, Mercer County, had his case waived to court Tuesday. State police charged Law Aug. 15 with driving under the influence general impairment, driving under the influence with a high rate of alcohol, improper right turn and turning unsafely.Malley Joseph Branchetti, 38, of Aliquippa, Beaver County, had his case waived to court Tuesday. Slippery Rock police charged Branchetti Aug. 17 with nine counts of use or possession of drug paraphernalia and four counts of possession of marijuana.Dean Robert Krelko, 44, of 318½ W. Brady St., Butler, had his cases waived to court Tuesday. In one case, state police charged Krelko Sept. 15 with theft by deception, receiving stolen property, bad checks and driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked. In another case, state police charged Krelko Sept. 6 with theft by deception.
