CRANBERRY TWP — Senior District Judge Joseph O'Donnell Jr. recently heard these cases:
Sean M. Aiken, 19, of Warrendale waived his case to court. He was charged March 26 by Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
Keith Hutchison, 48, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged March 13 by Cranberry Township police with retail theft.
Eli B. Houston, 23, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged March 19 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving an unregistered vehicle.
Mohamed Anfetouak, 32, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged March 19 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license.
Deborah A. Diana, 43, of Bruin waived two cases to court. She was charged March 19 by Cranberry Township police with retail theft and receiving stolen property. She also was charged May 7 by township police with retail theft, receiving stolen property, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.
Alfred A. Monfre, 67, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged March 19 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
Mary Monica Wilson-Lefler, 57, of Sewickley waived his case to court. She was charged April 3 by Cranberry Township police with retail theft and receiving stolen property.
Margot K. Hogan, 23, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged March 19 by Cranberry Township police with two counts of writing bad checks.
Christopher E. Coll, 22, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 20 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving and an accident involving damage to an attended vehicle.
Ralph Joseph Guthrie III, 27, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged March 1 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Dominic Scarpone II, 44, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged April 30 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, presenting false identification, resisting arrest and driving with a suspended license.
Michael Kulp, 20, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged March 25 by Cranberry Township police with two counts of manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
Tracy Lynn Isasky, 40, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged May 1 by Cranberry Township police with retail theft.
Karen Lee Snodgrass, 35, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged May 1 by Cranberry Township police with retail theft.
Jonathan Persic, 20, of Wexford waived his case to court. He was charged April 8 by the Butler County Drug Task Force police with two counts of manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics.
Matthew Morrissey, 18, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged March 26 by the Butler County Drug Task Force with criminal conspiracy, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and three counts of manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics.

She was charged April 15 by Jackson Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.Alan Hanson Bick, 43, of Finleyville waived his case to court. He was charged March 24 by Zelienople police with interfering with the custody of children and conspiracy to interfere with the custody of children.Lenora Lynn Maiolo-Bick, 35, of Finleyville waived her case to court. She was charged March 24 by Zelienople police with interfering with the custody of children and conspiracy to interfere with the custody of children.Darryl Lee Stanley, 47, of Renfrew waived his case to court.
