CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases:

Ronald Belles, 21, of East Brady, Clarion County, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed May 21. He was ordered to pay $278.50 in fines and court costs.

Derrick Cowperthwait, 20, of Petrolia pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed April 13 by state police. He was ordered to pay $393.50 in fines and court costs.

Eugene Demarco, 62, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed March 15 by state police.

Deanne Dunn, 42, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and making an illegal turn, filed March 2 by state police.

Adam Ealy, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed Jan. 22 by state police.

Ronald Fleeger, 34, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, reckless driving and disregarding a flashing red light, filed Dec. 18 by state police.

Robert Henry, 37, of Chicora waived to court charges of theft and conspiracy, filed March 5 by state police.

William Hipple, 50, of Chicora waived to court a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed May 17 by state police.

Robert Hockenberry, 51, of Chicora waived to court a charge of theft filed Dec. 11 by state police.

Thomas McClain, 46, of Petrolia waived to court charges of endangering the welfare of children, simple assault, reckless endangerment, harassment and disorderly conduct, filed April 1 by state police.

Paul Nagy, 43, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI filed Jan. 29 by state police.

Brett Whitmire, 27, of Hilliards pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed Nov. 16 by the Butler County Sheriff's Office. He was ordered to pay $273.50 in fines and court costs.

SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:George Burdette III, of Cowansville, Armstrong County, was held for court on charges of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, conspiracy and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 26 by Buffalo Township police.Amber Crider, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and reckless driving, filed, March 24 by Penn Township police.Michael Edmunds, 19, of Sarver waived to court charges of careless driving, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana, filed Feb. 25 by Buffalo Township policeDennis Hancock, 47, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and careless driving, filed Feb. 15 by state police.Wayne Johnson, 23, of Cabot waived to court a possession of drug paraphernalia charge filed Feb. 23 by Buffalo Township police.John Malys, 40, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, and not wearing a seat belt, filed Jan. 24 by state police.Erin Minick, 26, of Mayport, Armstrong County, was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance drug paraphernalia, and conspiracy, filed Feb. 16 by Buffalo Township police.Jamie Painter, 20, of Kittanning waived to court charges of DUI, underage drinking, and driving a vehicle without rear lights, filed Jan. 21 by Buffalo Township police.Jonathan Shutter, 24, of Sarver waived to 12 counts of theft by deception and six counts each of forgery and bad checks, filed in two separate cases last year by Buffalo Township police.

BUTLERTWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by Butler Township police:Jaran Benko, 27, of Butler was held for court on a retail theft charge filed March 20.Gary Fallecker, 48, of Butler waived to court a simple assault charge filed March 31.Desirae Feitl, 19, of Butler pleaded guilty to a summary charge of criminal mischief filed March 6. She was ordered to pay $588.50 in fines and court costs.Amy Spatig, 33, of Butler was held for court on charges of accidents involving injury and damage to another vehicle, careless driving, and a flashing signal violation, filed March 21.Alison Walchesky, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving, and a lane violation, filed March 20.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:Karen Lynn Kelly, 43, of Wexford waived her case to court. State police in Butler charged Kelly Jan. 18 with two counts of driving under the influence.Richard Charles Kline III, 24, of 1012 Madison Ave, East Butler, waived his case to court. State police in Butler charged Kline March 14 with two counts of driving under the influence, disregard traffic lane, careless driving and no headlights.Sharon Marie Vilk, 47, of 131 Schiebel Lane, Portersville, waived her case to court. State police in Butler charged Vilk March 21 with two counts of driving under the influence, disregard traffic lane and careless driving.Richard L. McClung, 25, of 206 Chambers Road Apt. 1, Boyers, had his case waived to court. State police in Butler charged McClung March 21 with two counts of driving under the influence, disregarding a traffic lane, driving at an unsafe speed, failure to keep right and careless driving.Carly A. Sayre, 21, of Chardon, Ohio, waived her case to court. Slippery Rock University police charged Sayre March 22 with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Brandon M. Holmes, 19, of West Farmington, Ohio, waived his case to court. Slippery Rock University police charged Holmes March 27 with two counts of driving under the influence, minor prohibited from operating with alcohol in system, no rear lights and purchase of alcoholic beverage by minor.David P. Craven II, 19, of North Huntingdon waived his case to court. Slippery Rock University police charged Craven March 28 with small amount of marijuana and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.Paul Christian Jones, 34, of 205 Gypsy Lane, Slippery Rock, waived his case to court. Slippery Rock police charged Jones March 28 with identity theft, access device fraud, forgery, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Jones waived a second case filed by state police in Butler. In that case, Jones was charged with two counts of forgery, two counts of theft by unlawful taking, two counts of access device fraud and two counts of identity fraud.Laura Mae Paden, 24, of Oil City waived her case to court. State police in Butler charged Paden April 4 with three counts of criminal trespass, two counts of theft by unlawful taking, two counts of conspiracy, criminal trespass, two counts of criminal mischief and two counts of burglary.Alan R. Wagner, 52, of Franklin waived his case to court. State police in Butler charged Wagner April 4 with three counts of criminal trespass, two counts of theft by unlawful taking, two counts of conspiracy criminal trespass, two counts of criminal mischief and two counts of burglary.Marcus D. Register Jr., 34, of 1563 Branchton Road, Hilliards, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct. He was charged by state police in Beaver Nov. 21.

WORTH TWP, Mercer County — District Judge Lawrence Silvis recently heard the following cases:Jack Parker Vallely, 19, of 612 Stockton Ave., Grove City, had his case held for court. Grove City police charged Vallely March 21 with three counts of driving under the influence, purchase of alcoholic beverage by a minor, no rear lights and minor prohibited from operating a vehicle with alcohol in his system.Emily Elizabeth Hinton, 23, of 613 Woodland Ave., Grove City, had her case held for court. Grove City police charged Hinton March 27 with two counts of driving under the influence and duties at stop sign.
