These items were collected from various police departments:

Aug. 16 — Amber L. Foulk-McGouldrick, 31, of Evans City, was charged with a first-offense DUI, stemming from an Aug. 4 traffic stop at the intersection of Route 228 and Heritage Creek Drive in Mars.Police said they stopped the vehicle for crossing lines on the road, and police smelled alcohol coming from Foulk-McGouldrick.Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and police later found an open can of White Claw under the seat. Police said the can was still cool and had condensation on it.Police said a breath test showed Foulk-McGouldrick's blood-alcohol content at 0.129%, and in Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.Aug. 14 — Bradley M. Pulling, 50, of Mars, was charged with simple assault following an Aug. 13 domestic incident at his home on Norwegian Spruce Drive in Adams Township.

Aug. 16 — Lori Kindelberger, 44, of Butler, was charged with drug possession and drug paraphernalia possession, related to an Aug. 15 traffic stop at the intersection of West North and North Bluff streets in Butler.Police said Kindelberger was the front-passenger in the vehicle, and police were alerted she had an active warrant for her arrest out of Allegheny County.Police said while being processed at Butler County Prison, Kindelberger was found with a suboxone strip and a capped syringe.Aug. 13 — Carlos M. Reiter, 40, of Erie, was charged with felony burglary, related to an Aug. 6 break-in on the 400 block of South Monroe Street in Butler.Police said the resident heard a noise overnight, and when they went to investigate in the morning, they found a man matching Reiter's description sleeping downstairs in the owner's clothing.Police said Reiter had fled by the time they arrived, but he left his cell phone, which was registered to him. Police said the resident also identified Reiter in a photo lineup.Aug. 9 — Devin L. Parker, 32, of Butler, was charged with simple assault following an Aug. 2 domestic incident at his apartment on Hansen Avenue in Butler.Police said they spoke with Parker's girlfriend in the ER at Butler Memorial Hospital. Police said the girlfriend told officers that Parker punched her in the face several times. Police said the girlfriend had bruising around her face consistent with her statement.

Aug. 16 — Nicholas W. Wiltrout, 31, of Zelienople, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft, related to items stolen from Walmart in Butler Township.Police said based on surveillance video and the account of a store employee, Wiltrout attempted to leave without paying for about $429 worth of items.Aug. 16 — Steven L. McCardle, 30, of Butler, was charged with a first-offense DUI, related to a motorcycle June 24 crash on Brown Avenue.Police said a resident on Brown Avenue reported a motorcyclist crashed into a ditch in her yard, and he appeared intoxicated. The resident told officers that the man was picked up by a white SUV, but he left behind the motorcycle.Police said the motorcycle had a novelty license plate attached, saying “Run This” with a depiction of a middle finger between the two words. Police said a woman attempted to have the motorcycle towed, and they later found McCardle injured and outside the ER at Butler Memorial Hospital.Police said later blood tests showed McCardle had a marijuana in his system as well as a blood-alcohol content of 0.168%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.4:10 a.m. Aug. 15 — Police charged Christopher Vanbibber, 23, of Lyndora, with a violation of Butler Township's burning ordinance after being dispatched to the area of reported gun fire.Police said at Vanbibber's home on the 600 block of Bessemer Avenue, they found a person who had suffered two severe burns from an aerosol can exploding in a recreational fire.Police said the 30-year-old woman was taken to the hospital for treatment of burns to her arms.

Aug. 16 — Chad T. Fryer, 40, of Beaver Falls, was charged for giving a false identity to police during an Aug. 12 traffic stop on Zenner School Road near Russel Road in Jackson Township.Police said they stopped the vehicle for a suspended license of the vehicle's registered owner. Police said Fryer initially identified himself as Kurt Fryer.

Aug. 16 — Deryk L. Cook, 32, of Slippery Rock, was charged with a first-offense DUI, stemming from an Aug. 14 traffic stop on South Benbrook Road in Butler Township.Police said they stopped the vehicle for speeding at 60 mph in a 45 mph zone and crossing lines on the road.Police said field sobriety tests showed Cook was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood-alcohol content at 0.173%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.Aug. 16 — Robbie W. Spithaler, 39, of Butler, was charged with a first-offense DUI, stemming from July 31 traffic stop on Deer Run Road in Butler Township.Police said they stopped the vehicle for crossing lines on the road. Police said field sobriety tests showed Spithaler was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood-alcohol content at 0.215%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.Aug. 16 — Leonard J. Sunday, 47, of Chicora, was charged with a first-offense DUI following a two-vehicle crash around 5:26 a.m. Aug. 14 on Freeport Road near Hinchberger Road in Summit Township.Police said they smelled alcohol on Sunday, and he admitted to drinking before driving. Police said field sobriety tests showed Sunday was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood-alcohol content at 0.215%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.Aug. 16 — Police arrested and charged Julie D. Payne, 23, of North Washington, with simple assault, related to a domestic incident.Police said they interviewed a woman who claimed Payne hit her in the head following an argument. Police said Payne admitted to hitting the woman.Aug. 16 — Noah L. Mowery, 23, of Butler, was charged with a first-offense DUI, stemming from an April 21 traffic stop in the parking lot of Sheetz in Center Township.Police said Mowery had hit another vehicle in the lot. Police said they smelled alcohol on Mowery, and field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.Police said a later blood test showed the presence of marijuana and a blood-alcohol content at 0.22%, and in Pennsylvania, a blood-alcohol level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.Aug. 16 — Shauna M. Cress, 35, of Butler, was charged with possessing drug paraphernalia following an Aug. 1 vehicle crash on the 400 block of Pittsburgh Road in Middlesex Township.Police said the vehicle had traveled off the road and hit a telephone pole, but when officers arrived at the scene, the driver had fled.Police contacted the vehicle's owner, who said she loaned the car to Cress.Police said a crack pipe was later found in the vehicle.Aug. 13 — William D. Alexander, 51, of Evans City, was charged with a first-offense DUI, stemming from a July 2 traffic stop in Center Township.Police said they stopped the vehicle for an improper registration plate. Police said field sobriety tests showed Alexander was impaired, and a later blood test showed meth in his system.

Aug. 16 — James M. Lowry Jr., 34, of Baden, was charged with a first-offense DUI, stemming from an Aug. 13 traffic stop on South Main Street in Zelienople.Police said they saw a car pass at a high rate of speed, and after pulling onto the road, noticed a group of cars stopped at a green light. Police said a woman told the officer the passing car had hit at least one vehicle, maybe more.Police said they stopped the vehicle, and field sobriety tests showed Lowry was impaired. Police said they believe Lowry was under the influence of a drug, but Lowry later refused to have his blood tested.
