CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

Leslie Jean Kmit, 46, of Conway waived her case to court. She was charged May 10 with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Chelsey Ann Rock, 20, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged May 8 with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Ted Keifer, 46, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged March 9 with theft by unlawful taking.

Richard Dennis Wisor II, 30, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged April 23 with simple assault and harassment.

Christopher Michael Dahlstrom, 19, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged April 20 with criminal conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Chris Robert Holden, 18, of Seven Fields waived his case to court. He was charged March 12 with criminal conspiracy, simple assault, criminal mischief, harassment and criminal trespass.

John A. Garrett, 32, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 12 with retail theft and criminal conspiracy.

James E. Hull, 56, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged March 22 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

April N. Kaparakos, 27, of Wexford waived her case to court. She was charged March 22 with retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ryan Lee Hewett, 29, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged April 24 with forgery, access device fraud, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Tyler Bruce Smith, 24, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged March 30 with possession of a controlled substance.

Levan C. Adkins, 23, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged April 17 with stalking, loitering and prowling at night time, harassment and criminal trespass.

Donald Lee Griffin, 39, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 15 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

John E. Colbert, 23, of Wampum, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 1 with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and reckless driving.

Richard S. Brinsmade, Jr., 57, of Bristol, Ct., had his case held for court. He was charged Jan. 24 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
