Bailyn Marie Chupka, infant daughter of Corinna M. Holt and Nicholas R. Chupka of Butler, died Tuesday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her maternal grandparents, Paul H. and Susan Holt; her paternal grandparents, Ronald G. and Kelly M. Ruby; her maternal great-grandmother, Daisy Gerard; and her paternal great-grandparents, William and Diana Ketchem and Edward and Blanche Ruby. All are of Butler. Numerous great-aunts, great-uncles, aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

Preceding her death was her maternal great-grandfather, Paul Gerard.

<B>CHUPKA </B>— A private graveside service for Bailyn Marie Chupka, who died Tuesday, Aug. 14, 2007, was held for the family. Burial was at the Greenlawn Burial Estates.
