The following defendants were sentenced March 3 in Butler County Common Pleas Court by Judge Timothy F. McCune.
Deianera Elin McEathron, 26, of Butler was sentenced to serve a total of two to six years and 60 days in state prison, 12 months probation, pay fines totaling $800 and complete alcohol highway safety school, a victim impact panel and litter pickup after pleading guilty to charges in four cases. In one case, she pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and driving with a suspended license filed by Butler city police following a Sept. 20, 2020, incident. In a second case, she pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy to commit possession with intent to deliver filed by Butler County detectives following a Jan. 20, 2021, incident. In a third case, she pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed by Butler city police following a June 26, 2020, incident. In a fourth case, she pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and driving under the influence filed by Butler city police following a July 13, 2020, incident.
David Robert Camp Jr., 32, of Butler was sentenced to concurrently serve six to 23 1/2 months and six to 12 months in prison, but was immediately paroled, followed by 12 months of probation after pleading guilty to charges of strangulation and simple assault filed by Butler city police following a Dec. 21, 2020, incident.
Joshua Thomas Verno, 32, of Butler was sentenced to serve three to nine months in prison, but was immediately paroled, given six months of probation, and ordered to pay a $300 fine and complete alcohol highway safety school, a victim impact panel and litter pickup after pleading guilty to charges of driving under the influence and disorderly conduct filed by state police following an Aug. 14, 2021, incident. Other charges were dismissed.
Ian Dempsey Goodman, 20, of Butler was sentenced to consecutively serve 12 months of probation and six months of probation and complete 15 hours of community service after pleading guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and, in a separate case, conspiracy to commit simple assault. Butler Township police filed the possession charge following an Aug. 11, 2020, incident and the conspiracy charge following a Sept. 17, 2020, incident.
Dustin William Scott, 25, address unknown, was sentenced to serve 24 months probation, including six months of house arrest, and pay $5,100 in restitution after pleading guilty to a felony count of criminal mischief, retail theft and public drunkenness in two cases. Butler city police filed the criminal mischief charge following a July 30, 2021, incident and the retail theft and public drunkenness charges following a May 29, 2021, incident.
Tina Marie English, 35, of Butler was sentenced to consecutively serve 18 months of probation and another 18 months of probation after pleading no contest to two charges of simple assault filed by Butler Township police in separate cases. One incident occurred Dec. 26, 2019, and the other occurred Jan. 9, 2020.
Brittany Daniel, 32, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to serve 48 months of probation and pay $5,007 in restitution to PNC Bank after pleading guilty to a charge of forgery filed by Cranberry Township police following an April 2, 2019, incident.
Jessica Lee Winkelman, 36, of Lyndora was sentenced to serve six months of probation, including 14 days of house arrest, pay a $1,000 fine and complete 40 hours of community service, alcohol highway safety school, a victim impact panel and litter pickup after pleading guilty to a charge of driving under the influence filed by state police following a May 28, 2021, incident. Other charges were dismissed.
Mark Anthony Lilley, 29, of Butler was sentenced to serve two concurrent terms of 12 months probation and pay a $300 fine after pleading guilty to charges of defiant trespass, simple assault and resisting arrest filed by Butler city police following a Sept. 12, 2021, incident.
Jennifer C. Benson, 38, of Sharon was sentenced to serve 30 months of probation, pay $1,855 in restitution and complete 25 hours of community service after pleading no contest to a charge of receiving stolen property filed by Cranberry Township police following a Dec. 26, 2020, incident.
Catherine Ann Kocak, 64, of Sarver was sentenced to serve six months of probation, pay fines totaling $325 and complete alcohol highway safety school, a victim impact panel and litter pickup after pleading guilty to charges of DUI and careless driving filed by Butler city police following a July 29, 2020, incident. Other charges were dismissed.
Cody Alan Ehrmentrout, 29, address unknown, was sentenced to serve 18 months probation and pay a $50 fine after pleading guilty to a charge of simple assault filed by state police following a July 20, 2020, incident.
Joseph Timmons Bailie IV, 45, of Butler was sentenced to serve 60 days of probation, including 30 days of house arrest, and pay fines totaling $800 after pleading guilty to charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and disorderly conduct filed by Butler Township police following a June 15, 2021, incident.
Nicole G. Fox, 32, of Erie was sentenced to concurrently serve 12 months of probation and six months of probation, including 15 days of house arrest, after pleading guilty to charges of DUI and possession of a controlled substance filed by state police following a May 24, 2019, incident.
Dawn D. Kummer, 51, of Butler was sentenced to concurrently serve probation terms of 24 months, 12 months, another 12 months and six months and pay fines totaling $950 after pleading guilty to charges in four cases. In one case, Butler City police filed charges following an Aug. 8, 2018, incident. In a second case, state police filed charges following a Sept., 11, 2017, incident. In a third case, Butler city police filed charges following a Feb. 14, 2018, incident. In a fourth case, state police filed charges following a Sept., 9, 2017, incident.
Ryan Joshua Todd, 44, of Karns City was sentenced to serve six months of probation after pleading guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance filed by Butler County detectives following a June 17, 2021, incident.
