CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Gregory Jon Samson, 24, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 23 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, obstructed window and disregard of traffic control device.

Lawrence Richard Sadowski, 23, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged June 19 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and sale or illegal use of certain solvents/noxious substances.

Joshua David Bruni, 18, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 23 by the Cranberry Township police with two counts of possession of marijuana and three counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tiffany Lynn Polce, 23, of Conway, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged July 25 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of combined alcohol/drugs and failing to drive at safe speeds.

William Scalera, 51, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged June 27 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Joshua Moreno, 20, of Seven Fields waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 5 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Jimmy Perry Jr., 21, of McKeesport, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 6 by the Cranberry Township police with two counts each of forgery, writing bad checks and one count each of identity theft, theft by deception, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit forgery.

Denise M. Drewencki, 46, of Cabot waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 29 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft and corruption of minors.

Myselo King, 32, of McKeesport, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 21 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking.

Eric D. Bates, 26, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 23 by the Cranberry Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license.

Brian Patrick Dolan, 22, of Pittsburgh had his case held to court. He was charged Aug. 23 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Juan Pedro Stoll, 29, of Evans City had his case held to court. He was charged June 4 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding.

Milan Pavel Cincar Jr., 26, of Cochranton, Pa., had his case held to court. He was charged Aug. 15 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and unattended vehicle on private property.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Carol L. Fetchak, 47, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Sep. 10 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Robert Joseph Lollo, 50, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 26 by the Jackson Township police with disorderly conduct.Kurt Steinmetz, 21, of Zelienople waived his two separate cases to court. He was charged Aug. 7 by the Jackson Township police with six counts of receiving stolen property. He was also charged Sept. 7 by the Jackson Township police with seven counts of receiving stolen property.Scott M. Doyle, 37, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 10 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, careless driving and failing to drive at safe speeds.Brad Michael Galletta, 21, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 2 by the Adams Township police with burglary, criminal trespass, five counts of theft by unlawful taking, five counts of receiving stolen property, forgery and identity theft.
