WASHINGTON, Pa. — Driver Brady Brown of Slippery Rock and trainer Chris Oluvic of Cranberry Township teamed up for a victory Wednesday during harness racing action at The Meadows.

Their horse, Morning Shadow, won a $10,700 Conditioned Pace. It marked the 4-year-old mare’s fourth win in 17 career starts. Morning Shadow is owned by Oluvic and Mars resident Steven Busching.

[naviga:h3]Greaves nets 10, but Titans lose[/naviga:h3]

WASHINGTON, Pa. — Moniteau graduate Alazia Greaves tallied 10 points, and three steals, but the Westminster College women’s basketball team dropped a 55-48 decision at Washington & Jefferson.

The loss snapped a six-game winning streak for the Titans (17-4, 10-2).
