Justin H. Hawk, 29, of Ford City, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed May 7 by state police.
Jaime L. Montgomery, 35, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving, driving at an unsafe speed and a lane violation, filed May 10 by state police.
Ryan J. Leffler, 21, of Saxonburg was held for court on two counts each of delivering a controlled substance, possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possessing a small amount of marijuana, filed in two complaints Jan. 30 and March 3 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.
Brandon S. Wissinger, 22, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a lane violation, filed March 19 by state police.

Gavin, 19, of Pittsburgh waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed April 25 by Slippery Rock University police.Imre Hamburger, 56, of Portersville waived to court charges of DUI, disobeying a traffic control device, moving a vehicle unsafely and careless driving, filed May 18 by state police.Richard Lee Miller, 36, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed May 18 by state police. Miller was ordered to pay $214.50 in fines and court costs.Jordan J. Perretti, 28, of New Castle was held for court on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license and speeding, filed April 5 by state police.
