Firefighters extinguish fire at garage on Rt. 268
SUGARCREEK TWP, Armstrong County — Firefighters battled a garage fire Wednesday evening on Route 268, just across the Butler County line.
Emergency crews responded to the 2200-block property about 6:45 p.m.
The Chicora and Petrolia volunteer fire departments assisted crews from Sugarcreek, East Brady, Worthington and East Franklin Township.
Firefighters were there until about 8:15 p.m. No injuries were reported.
