1:40 p.m. Wednesday — Jason R. Pedrick, 43, of Butler, was charged with retail theft in an incident at Wal-Mart. Police said Pedrick allegedly stole $592.40 in merchandise.

2 p.m. Wednesday — Joshua Minehart, 41, of Butler, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at 1980 N. Main St. Ext., Center Township. Police said Minehart was arrested on a constable warrant and was allegedly found in possession of drug paraphernalia.
Nov. 3 — Michael A. Masters, 44, of Slippery Rock, was charged with theft and receiving stolen property after an incident on Route 108, Worth Township. Police said Masters was allegedly found in possession of a 2000 Honda Accord that was reported stolen in November, after the owner had left the vehicle along the road in an attempt to sell it. Masters is currently in the Lawrence County Jail on unrelated charges and warrants.

11 p.m. Wednesday — A 15-year-old Philadelphia boy was charged with harassment after an incident at 233 George Junior Road, Pine Township. Police allege the boy hit a Grove City man multiple times.
