7:52 p.m. April 12 — James E. Rishel, 30, of Butler was arrested for DUI after a traffic stop at Saxonburg Road and Benninger Lane in Jefferson Township. A subsequent search of his vehicle turned up two crack pipes and a THC vape, according to court documents.Rishel was later taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for a blood draw. Toxicology results were not immediately available.In addition to DUI, he is charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, careless driving, a seat belt violation and driving a vehicle without valid inspection.
