BUTLER — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard these cases:
Morgan R. Pyles, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving without valid registration and careless driving, filed Nov. 10 by state police.
Keri L. Dewitt, 28, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of driving under the influence, recklessly endangering another person, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a license, driving while under suspension, driving in the wrong lane, careless driving and reckless driving, filed Nov. 30 by Butler Township Police.
Shaney M.I. Hockenberry, 43, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, driving in wrong lane, passing another vehicle on the left and failure to stop at a red light, filed Dec. 11 by Butler Township Police.
April M. Cubbage, 29, of Lyndora waived to court three counts of endangering the welfare of children, filed Dec. 11 by Butler Township Police.
Timothy M. Galina Jr., 24, of Clintonville waived to court a charge of theft, filed Dec. 23 by Butler Township Police.
Harold D. Wilson Jr., 22, of Sarver waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Dec. 24 by Butler Township Police.
Joseph A. Frazzini, 45, of Rochester waived to court multiple charges of terroristic threats, as well as simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and harassment, filed Jan. 1 by Butler Township Police.
Tina L. Rivera, 47, of Butler pleaded guilty a charge of disorderly conduct filed Dec. 1 by Butler Township Police. Rivera was ordered to pay $832 in fines and court costs.
Thomas A. Purcell, 23, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed Nov. 30 by Butler Township Police. Purcell was order to pay $460 in fines and court costs.

Christina M. Filges, 41, of Chicora was held for court in absence on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, careless driving, and failure to use seat belts, filed by state police.
Lance E. Alcorn, 22, of Chicora, waived to court charges of simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and harassment, filed Jan. 6 by state police.
Shane M. Bates, 25, of Butler was held for court in absence on a charge of retail theft filed Nov. 27 by state police.
Austin J. Rusch, 21, of Petrolia was held for court in absence on charges of forgery, access device fraud, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Dec. 14 by state police.
Christopher P. Schaffner, 20, of Fenelton waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, disorderly conduct, illegal parking, underage purchase of alcohol, careless driving, underage operation of a vehicle with alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 12 by state police.
Domenic M. Deangelo, 20, of Butler was held for court on charges of aggravated assault by vehicle, failure to keep right, driving in the wrong lane, careless driving, reckless driving, and failure to stop and render aid, filed Oct. 27 by state police.
David H. Tack Jr., 50, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving, filed Jan. 7 by state police.
Jeremy R. Yenick, 21, of Butler, waived to court charges of illegally harvesting deer and littering, filed Jan. 12 by state police.
