SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases filed by state police:
Leslie Frobe, 22, of Lyndora waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, filed June 21.
Alicia Gregg, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, theft and receiving stolen property, filed May 10.
Daniel Slupe, 37, of Portersville waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed June 11.
SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases:Amy C. Kolmer, 43, of Mars waived to court 23 counts each of theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and unlawful use of a computer, filed June 17 by state police.Christopher I. Prokay, 24, of Parker waived to court charges of driving under the influence, a stop sign violation, a lighting violation and an open container violation, filed May 25 by Slippery Rock University.Jacob A. Savisky, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and driving the wrong way on a one-way street, filed May 27 by Slipper Rock police.George R. Sonnett, 53, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI and a lane violation, filed May 17 by Slippery Rock police.
CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Jeffrey Bloxdorf, 54, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and driving without headlights, filed May 21.Kurt Leinenbach, 23, of Cabot was held for court on five counts of forgery and two counts each of theft by unlawful talking and theft by deception, filed April 22.Matthew P. Slater, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of theft by deception, filed April 22. Slater was ordered to pay $598.50 in fines and court costs.
