Seed to Supper class offered again
Community Partnership will again partner with the Penn State Master Gardeners and Nutrition Education team to offer the Seed to Supper, a comprehensive, six-week beginning gardening course that gives novice, adult gardeners the tools they need to grow a portion of their own food on a limited budget.
Seed to Supper is free to individuals and families whose household income falls at 200% of the federal poverty guidelines. In 2021, this equates to a gross household income of $53,000 for a family of four. Others may taken the course for a program fee of $75.
Contact Sandra Curry at scurry@yourcapinfo.org or 724-431-3623 if you are interested in taking the class.
