I-80 closed, truck carrying cows crashed
State police are closing down part of Interstate 80 near Emlenton after a tractor trailer carrying cows rollled over.
Police and firefighters are working to clear the scene where there are several cows loose, according to state police.
The truck was travelling westbound near the Emlenton bridge.
All westbound traffic is being told to get off at Exit 45 for St. Petersburg to detour around the area.
