EVANS CITY - District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:
William J. McCormick, 45, of New Castle, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 6 by the Lancaster Township Police with distributing a small amount of marijuana, driving with a suspended license, speeding and giving false identification to a law enforcement officer.
Justin Scott Koegler, 25, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 1 by the Jackson Township Police with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and failure to yield to an emergency medical services vehicle.
Eric C. Metz, 28, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 11 by the Lancaster Township Police with driving under the influence of alcohol, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property and driving at safe speeds.
William Albert Gschwend, 53, of East Pittsburgh, waived his case to court. He was charged July 21 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
Brian Scott Henry, 35, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged July 28 by the Zelienople police with two counts of theft by deception and two counts of writing bad checks.
Christopher D. Reinhart, 26, of Lyndora waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 20 by Butler County detectives with three counts of possession of a controlled substance, three counts of manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, conspiracy to possess a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics.
Kelly Nicole Bowser, 21, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 30 by Butler County detectives with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, conspiracy to possess a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics.
CRANBERRY TWP --- District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Shelly M. Fetzer, 34, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 24 by the Cranberry Township Police with retail theft.Sandra A. Kernic, 44, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 30 by the Cranberry Township Police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving too slowly for conditions and disregard of traffic lane.Jason Thomas Stadtfeld, 20, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 24 by the Cranberry Township Police with driving under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance, driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor, careless driving, minors prohibited operating a vehicle with any alcohol in system, possession of marijuana, three counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia and driving at safe speeds.Joshua Sheets, 21, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 28 by the Cranberry Township Police with burglary, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Tina Gruver, 40, of Sharon, Mercer County, waived her case to court. She was charged July 19 by the Cranberry Township Police with distributing a small amount of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Ryan Joseph Senft, 22, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 6 by the Cranberry Township Police with simple assault and harassment.William Kim Sanford, 27, of Monaca, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 23 by the Zelienople police with fleeing or attempting to elude officers, driving with a suspended license and failure to stop at a red signal.Matthew Jeffery Mortimer, 23, of Cranberry Township had his case held to court. He was charged May 2 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, operating a vehicle without insurance, failure to keep right, disregard of traffic lane, driving at safe speed, careless driving and failure to use a seat belt.Michael H. Sproat, 25, of Sarver waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 30 by the Cranberry Township Police with possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence of combined alcohol and a controlled substance, speeding and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Zachary Allan Patton, 19, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 30 by the Cranberry Township Police with receiving stolen property, six counts of access device fraud and three counts of identity theft.
SLIPPERY ROCK - District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:Jason David Altman, 22, of New Castle had his case waived to court. State police charged Altman Aug. 24 with driving under the influence, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving.Courtney Lynn McFeaters, 27, of 138 Boyers Road, Forestville, had her case waived to court. State police charged McFeaters Aug. 30 with forgery, attempted theft by deception, identity theft and bad checks.James Lincoln Jewell, 22, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Slippery Rock police charged Jewell Sept. 19 with driving under the influence.Lonnie Glen Douglas, 51, of 108 Weaver Lane, Slippery Rock, saw his case held for trial. Slippery Rock police charged Douglas Sept. 19 with driving while license is suspended or revoked, unauthorized transfer or use of registration and driving without a license.
