Noon, Thursday — Monty Snair, 39, of Punxsutawney, who was driving a motorcycle, and his passenger, Jamie Taylor, 24, address unknown, were taken to a Pittsburgh hospital by emergency helicopter after Snair slid his motorcycle into the rear of an SUV driven by Henry Deal, 26, of Butler, at the intersection of Route 422 and 488 near Prospect. Deal was stopped for turning traffic and Snair failed to stop. The condition of Snair and Taylor is unknown.6:37 p.m. Thursday — Christopher Hair, 25, address unknown, was arrested on a Butler County warrant. His arrest came after an unknown female passed out flyers at Butler Memorial Hospital stating a 2-year-old's father had taken the child and not returned her. Hair is the child's father and he was found with his daughter, who was in good condition and turned over to other family members at the time of his arrest. Children and Youth of Butler County was notified of the incident.Thursday — Ginger T. Elaine Kilroy, 27, 4929 Butler St., Apt. 2, Pittsburgh, turned herself into police at the Butler barracks for a felony warrant stemming from an alleged sale of crack cocaine worth $50 on Sept. 6, 2005, in Butler. She was arraigned before District Judge Pete Shaffer on charges of possession of a controlled substance, sale or delivery of a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy and criminal use of a communication facility. She was taken to the Butler County Prison in lieu of a $10,000 bond.11 a.m. Wednesday — Someone removed a green hand seat from Eracer's, 640 Evans City Road, Connoquenessing Township.9 a.m. Wednesday — Rodney Hays of Chicora reported someone took $690 worth of tools from a home he is building.10 a.m. Tuesday — Robert Sloan Construction of Butler reported the theft of a Dewalt Compressor and Mikita miter saw from 901 Evans City Road, Connoquenessing Township.8 a.m. Monday — Joe Parisi, 26, of Bruin reported someone painted obscenities on his home. Estimated damage is $450.7 a.m. Monday — Vic Nor Farms, 970 Brownsdale Road in Forward Township, reported someone drove through a sod field and did spinouts causing $2,500 in damage.Saturday — Robert Porter of Saxonburg reported someone slashed 17 tires on horse trailers and slashed two tires on his own vehicle.July 26 — Gara L. Ray Johnston of Butler reported someone used his debit card to buy something on e-Bay.
12:01 a.m. Friday — Robert Greco, 23, and Jeremy Honsaker, 21, both of Ellwood City, were stopped at Route 65 and Hogue Road in Slippery Rock Township. They were found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and $241 in cash. Charges have been filed.8:10 a.m. Wednesday — A white mini-van was stopped at Route 60 and 422 for traffic violations. The driver, Alejandro Chihuaque-Arias, provide police with an fake license. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers were called when five passengers in the van were found to be in the country illegally.
