8:13 p.m. Thursday — A Pullman Square maintenance man reported finding four high performance Motegi Racing wheels and tires, worth a total of $400, behind the Shop 'n Save store.2:14 p.m. Tuesday — A pickup truck driven by Frank Ruman, 83, of Sarver and an SUV driven by Jeffrey Felsing, 43, of Prospect collided on West Jefferson Street. No injuries were reported.12:46 a.m. Tuesday — A vehicle driven by Rose Smith, 70, of Kittanning and a car driven by Martin Murray, 46, of Fenelton collided on West Jefferson Street. No injuries were reported.10:35 a.m. Monday — A car driven by Richard Palace, 72, of Butler and a vehicle driven by Michael Kapsutik, 39, of Butler collided at the intersection of New Castle Road and Hansen Avenue. The impact sent Palace's car into a vehicle driven by Lucy Malis, 54, of Lyndora. Palace was taken by Butler Ambulance to Butler Memorial Hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.

7:33 p.m. Friday — A vehicle driven by Jessica Hilliard, 20, of Lyndora and a vehicle driven by Jesse Evans, 24, of Harmony collided at the intersection of Routes 488 and 422 in Franklin Township. Evans' passenger, Alysia Evans, 24, of Indiana received minor injuries. Jesse Evans, Hilliard and Hilliard's passenger, Suzi Mowery, 17, of Butler were not injured. All four people were wearing seat belts.1 p.m. Friday — Edith Kasarda, 45, of Butler was charged with retail theft. She is accused of stealing $174 worth of merchandise from Clearview Mall stores Spencer's Gifts and Donna's Hallmark in Center Township.Friday — The Mount Chestnut Golf Course in Franklin Township reported the theft of a $1,500 creme-colored golf cart with a roof, windshield and head lamps from its North Road site between 10 p.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. Friday.4:45 a.m. Friday — An IDL Corp. security guard reported finding a red-and-black Royce Union Mzt Advance 20-inch bicycle in the company's parking lot in East Butler. The bike has a personalized plate. The owner can claim the bike by calling police at 724-284-8100.2:52 Thursday — David Matson, 29, of Butler was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence following a traffic stop on Sunset Drive in Center Township.8:15 p.m. Aug. 6 — A car driven by William Eiler, 21, of Chicora and an SUV driven by Brian Stewart, 23, of Bruin collided on Route 268 in Parker Township. No injuries were reported. Eiler, Eiler's passenger, Amber Calahan, 20, of Chicora and Stewart all were wearing seat belts and were not injured.Aug. 4 — Jason Ross, 23, of New Castle was charged with retail theft after allegedly stealing a total of $37.66 in cash from Eppinger's convenience store on Perry Highway in Muddy Creek Township while working there between July 15 and Aug. 4.Friday — Daniel Weichey, 27, of Butler reported a case of identity theft in which an unknown person used his debit card information to make nine purchases totaling $201.65 between April 17 and July 3.

9:50 a.m. Friday — A car driven by Megan Adams, 21, and a vehicle driven by Marsha Kepple, 53, of East Brady collided at the intersection of Route 1038 and Pine Hill Road in East Franklin Township. Both drivers were wearing seat belts and were not injured.
