He was charged Dec. 10 by state police. Foster also pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed Dec. 7 by state police.Ian James Stearns, 18, of Natrona Heights waived to court charges of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia filed Jan. 14 by Slippery Rock University police.

Jones, 30, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of theft of lost property and was ordered to pay $564 fines, costs and restitution. Charges were filed Jan. 28 by Butler Township police.Crystal L. Singer, 34, of East Brady pleaded guilty to a charge of drug paraphernalia and was ordered to pay $569 fines and costs. Charges were filed Feb. 4 by Butler Township police.Carrie J. Cubbage, 32, of Petrolia pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge and was ordered to pay $261 fines and costs. Charges were filed Feb. 20 by Butler Township police.Jeffrey B. Taylor, 40, of Butler, was held for court on charges of possession of controlled substance and drug paraphernalia filed Jan. 22 by Butler Township police.Christopher P. McCluskey, 30, of Chicora pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft and was ordered to pay $509 fines, costs and restitution. She was charged Dec. 31 by Butler Township police.Shane M. Abbott, 19, of Butler pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge and was ordered to pay $467 fines and costs. Charges were filed Feb. 20 by state police.Kathryn E. Pugachow, 66, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of retail theft and disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay $807 fines and costs. Charges were filed Jan. 3 by Butler Township police.Gary J.
