Jeremiah C. Smith, 18, of Saxonburg, waived to court a charge of recklessly endangering filed April 10 by state police.

Jeremy J. Christy, 39, of Mars, waived to court charges of DUI and reckless driving filed April 2 by Buffalo Township police.

Colby J. McCaffrey, 27, of Saxonburg, waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding lane filed April 22 by Middlesex Township police.

Jeffrey S. Potter, 58, of Basom, N.Y. waived to court charges of DUI, no insurance, disregarding lane, careless driving and violating hazard regulation filed April 11 by state police.

Chase W. Slepak, 28, of Sarver, waived to court charges of DUI and obedience to traffic control devices filed May 7 by Saxonburg police.

Daniel A. Sober, 45, of Lower Burrell, was held for court on charges of DUI and careless driving filed March 9 by Middlesex Township police.

Burton D. Chief, 30, of Cabot, was held for court on charges of disorderly conduct and harassment (two counts) filed Feb. 25 by state police.
