Colby J. McCaffrey, 27, of Saxonburg, waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding lane filed April 22 by Middlesex Township police.
Jeffrey S. Potter, 58, of Basom, N.Y. waived to court charges of DUI, no insurance, disregarding lane, careless driving and violating hazard regulation filed April 11 by state police.
