The United Way of Pennsylvania is conducting an anonymous, state-wide COVID-19 Impact Survey to assess the financial and household burdens the pandemic has had on Pennsylvanian families.

The survey can be completed on the United Way website at www.uwp.org through Monday and includes no personal or identifying information.

A state-wide analysis of the results will be made upon the survey’s completion.
