Margaret Norabelle “Norie” Young

Margaret Norabelle “Norie” Young of Orchard Manor in Grove City, formerly of Meridian, will celebrate her 95th birthday with an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. Nov. 1 in the great room at Orchard Manor, 20 Orchard Drive, Grove City.

The former Margaret Gerwick was born Nov. 1, 1920, in Emlenton.

She married the late Frank E. Young on June 10, 1936, at the Gerwick home in Emlenton.

She has four children, Jean (Paul) Schmidt of Grove City, Shirley (Harold) Heller of Franklin, Don (Kay) Young of East Butler and Larry (Liz) Young of Franklin.

She also has 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Young is Protestant.

She is a homemaker and a loving mother and friend.
