SLIPPERY ROCK — Naquil Jones came off the bench to score 21 points in his season debut Wednesday night as the Slippery Rock University men's basketball team cruised past Ohio University Eastern, 115-48, at Morrow Field House.

Jones added seven assists, five rebounds and four steals in 24 minutes of action for The Rock (8-5).

Five other SRU players scored in double figures. Abdul King had 12 points and five assists, Erik Raleigh 12 points and eight rebounds, Chaquille Pratt and Juwan Struthers 11 points each, Jordan Grady 10 points and 10 rebounds.

Ryan Jarvie paced OU Eastern (3-7) with 14 points.

The Rock returns to action Sunday afternoon at Bloomsburg. The team's next home game is Wednesday night against East Stroudsburg.
