Bernice L. Hook

Bernice L. Hook of Cabot will celebrate her 94th birthday with an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. April 16 at Haven II dining room, Concordia Lutheran Services, 148 Marwood Road, Jefferson Township.

The former Bernice Wagner was born March 28, 1922, in Cabot. She married the late Allen L. Hook on Dec. 3, 1942, at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Cabot.

She has four children, Marjorie (Roy) Cuellar of Port St. Lucie, Fla., Tom Hook of Cabot, Ron (Leslie) Hook of Madison, Conn., and Kathy (Mark) Shell of Roanoke, Va. She also has 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

She is a homemaker. Hook is a member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Cabot. She is a member of Goldenagers and American Legion Post 683.
