As I sit here on Mother's Day, thinking of you;

Remembering the things we used to do.

Remembering the last Mother's Day we spent together;

It was quiet, you were sick, but we were with each other.

In the years that have passed, I celebrate the memories we made together;

I cherish the time we had with each other;

How thankful I am to have had such a wonderful mother.

On this special day, I keep your love deep in my heart;

Knowing this means we are never apart.

I miss you more than words can say'

But I miss you most on this Mother's Day.
