Plans for a 2007 wedding are being made by Abigail Meyer and Edward Spurk Jr., both of Evans City.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Paul Meyer and Karen Kniess, both of Evans City. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Edward Spurk and Trudy Myers, both of Evans City.

The bride-elect graduated in 2003 from Seneca Valley High School and is a student at Butler County Community College. She works for the Western Pennsylvania Surgery Center in Wexford.

Her fiancé graduated in 2001 from Seneca Valley High School. He works for Graham and Sons in Ellwood City.
