A Sept. 24 wedding is being planned by Heather Schumann of Lancaster, S.C., and Dennis Maradei Jr. of Butler.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of David and Michele Schumann of Lancaster, S.C. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Dennis and Sharon Maradei of Butler.

The bride-elect is a 2000 graduate of Lancaster High School and a 2004 graduate of Carlow University. She works at Advanced Perfusion Care Inc. in Greensboro, N.C.

Her fiancé is a 1997 graduate of Butler High School and a 2002 graduate of Duquesne University. He works in marketing in Greensboro.
