Sentencings
The following sentences were handed down Aug. 12 in sentence court by Common Pleas Judge Timothy McCune.
Michael Lee Hutchinson, 26, of Butler was sentenced to serve 30 to 60 months in the county prison followed by 48 months probation, pay $2,400 in restitution and was given credit for 393 days served in prison after pleading guilty to a charge of aggravated assault filed by Butler police in 2019.
Matthew Souverin, 38, of Butler was sentenced to serve 24 to 48 months in state prison and fined $100 after he pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver filed by state police last year.
Brent Daniel Kennard, 32, of Butler was sentenced to serve 15 to 30 months in the county prison after pleading guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver filed by Butler Township police last year.
Yolanda Charlene Andrada, 42, of Butler was sentenced to serve a total of five years probation and pay fines totaling $5,000 after pleading guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and criminal conspiracy filed by county detectives in 2019.
Ashley Lynn Anderson, 28, of Slippery Rock was sentenced to serve up to 12 months in the county prison followed by 12 months of probation, fined $100 and ordered to pay $173.84 in restitution to Walmart after pleading guilty to charges of retail theft and criminal conspiracy filed by Cranberry Township police last year.
Ronald Fehl, 39, of McKees Rocks was sentenced to serve up to six months in the county prison followed by six months probation, fined $100 and ordered to pay $836.64 in restitution to Walmart after pleading guilty to a charge of retail theft filed by Cranberry Township police last year.
Michael Lint, 38, of Leechburg was sentenced to serve up to six months in the county prison followed by an additional 60 days in prison and fined $500 after pleading guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license filed by state police last year.
Jason Robert Miller, 42, of Butler was sentenced to serve six to 12 months in the county prison, but immediately paroled followed by 12 months probation, fined $100 and ordered to attend sexual offender treatment after pleading guilty to a charge of indecent exposure filed by state police last year.
Cherie Lynn Lambing, 52, of Butler was sentenced to a total of 36 months of probation and ordered to continue attending mental health treatment and parenting classes after pleading guilty to a charge of corruption of minors in a 2020 case and a charge of unsworn falsification to authorities in a 2021 case. Both cases were filed by state police.
John Thomas Metzgar, 37, of Chicora was sentenced to serve six months of probation, pay fines totaling $2,500 and ordered to attend alcohol highway safety school, a victim impact panel and a litter pick-up program after pleading guilty to driving under the influence (DUI) and a summary traffic violation filed by state police this year.
Dennis Robert John Jr., 46, of Butler was sentenced to a total of 36 months of probation, fined a total of $2,700 after pleading guilty to charges of accidents involving death or injury, disorderly conduct, reckless driving and driving with suspended license filed in three cases by Butler Township police this year.
Eric James Mulneix, 55, of Butler was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation, fined a total of $850 and ordered to attend drug and alcohol treatment, alcohol highway safety school, a victim impact panel, a litter pick-up program and serve 60 hours of community service after pleading guilty to his third DUI offense and a charge of possession of a controlled substance filed by Butler police last year.
David Anthony George, 35, of Butler was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation, pay fines totaling $1,700 and ordered to attend drug and alcohol treatment, alcohol highway safety school, a victim impact panel and a litter pick-up program after pleading guilty to his second DUI offense and a charge of driving with a suspended license filed by state police last year.
Noah Dale Hall, 24, of Butler was sentenced to six months of probation, fined $50 and ordered to pay $30 in restitution to Butler police after pleading guilty to a charge of defiant trespass filed by Butler police this year.
Christopher Hart, 45, of Butler was sentenced to serve six months of probation, pay a $1,000 fine and ordered to attend drug and alcohol treatment, alcohol highway safety school, a victim impact panel and serve 60 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a charge of DUI filed by Evans City-Seven Fields Regional police this year.
Zacary Taylor Hesseigesser, 20, of Chicora was sentenced to serve six months of probation, pay fines totaling $1,500 and attend drug and alcohol treatment, alcohol highway safety school, a victim impact panel and a litter pick-up program after pleading guilty to charges of DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia filed by Slippery Rock University police last year.
Aaron Michael Joyce, 46, of Slippery Rock was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation, pay fines totaling $1,600 after pleading guilty to charges of simple assault, DUI and resisting arrest filed by state police this year.
Chris Lenkiewicz, 38, of East Pittsburgh was sentenced to serve six months of probation and continue attending mental health treatment after pleading guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed by Evans City-Seven Fields Regional police this year.
Zachary Glen Kriger, 26, of Aliquippa was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation, pay fines totaling $2,000 and ordered to attend drug and alcohol treatment, a victim impact panel and a litter pick-up program after pleading guilty to his second DUI offense and a charge of driving with a suspended license filed by state police this year.
Kara Ann Coogan, 32, of Franklin was sentenced to serve six months probation, pay a $1,000 fine and attend a victim impact panel and a litter pick-up program after pleading guilty to a charge of DUI filed by state police this year.
Kohath Thaddaeus Coto, 44, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to serve 60 months probation, pay a $1,500 fine and attend alcohol highway safety school, 60 hours of community service, a victim impact panel and a litter pick-up program after pleading guilty to his charge of DUI filed by state police this year.
Stephen Todd Gilkinson, 35 of Wattsburg was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation, pay a $1,500 fine and attend drug and alcohol treatment, a victim impact panel and a litter pick-up program after pleading guilty to his second charge of DUI filed by state police last year.
Kurt William Speicher, 35, of Portersville was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation, 20 hours of community service and continue attending drug and alcohol treatment after pleading guilty to two separate charges of flight to avoid apprehension filed by state police last year and this year.
George Cedeno, 30, of New Castle was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation, pay a $100 fine and undergo drug and alcohol and mental health evaluations after pleading guilty to charges of simple assault and defiant trespass filed in separate cases by Butler Township police this year.
