An Aug. 27 wedding is being planned by Rachel Tishey of West Sunbury and Brian Blymiller of Butler.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Bill and Debbie Tishey of Fountain Inn, S.C. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Jeff and Joyce Blymiller of Butler.

The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Moniteau High School and Butler Vo-Tech, where she studied cosmetology. She works at Shear Heaven Salon in Butler.

Her fiancé is a 2003 graduate of Butler High School. He works for Wise Business Forms in Butler.
