An April 22, 2006, wedding is being planned by Heather Montgomery and Richard Runtas Jr., both of Slippery Rock.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Michael and Sandra Montgomery of Slippery Rock. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Richard and Gloria Runtas of Warren, Ohio.

The bride-elect graduated in 1992 from Slippery Rock High School and in 1995 from Butler County Community College. She works for U.S. Investigations Services in Annandale.

Her fiancé graduated in 1989 from LaBrae High School and in 1995 from Mercyhurst College. He works for RMCI in Annadale.
